Refund Policy

Last updated: May 7, 2026

We sell digital downloads. Once a file has been downloaded it cannot be “returned”. To balance that with consumer protection, we offer the following refund terms.

Standard refund window

Within 14 calendar days of purchase you may request a full refund if the file has not yet been downloaded. Our system records each use of the download token, so we can verify the file’s download status.

Defective or wrongly-described file

If the file is corrupted, missing, or materially different from what was advertised, you are entitled to either a replacement or a full refund regardless of download status. Please email support@blynkovia.store with your order ID and a description of the issue.

Outside the refund window

We may, at our discretion, offer an exchange for another product of equal or lesser value. Cash refunds are not generally available after 14 days unless required by your local consumer-protection law (e.g. statutory rights under EU Directive 2011/83/EU for distance contracts).

EU consumers — right of withdrawal

EU/EEA/UK consumers benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. However, this right is forfeited under Article 16(m) once you start downloading a digital good after giving express prior consent. By tapping the “Buy now” button you give that consent and acknowledge the consequence. If you have not started the download, you retain full withdrawal rights for 14 days.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@blynkovia.store from the same address you used to purchase.
  2. Subject line: “Refund request — order <your-order-id>”.
  3. Include the reason and any supporting screenshots if the file has issues.
  4. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Stripe back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed before contacting us, we will provide Stripe with the order record, download log, and these terms. We may suspend the account associated with chargebacks while the dispute is being investigated.
