These Terms govern your use of https://blynkovia.store (the “Site”) and any digital products purchased from it. The Site is operated by Blynkovia Lab LLC (“we”, “us”), a WY limited-liability company with its registered office at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, US.

1. Acceptance

By accessing the Site or completing a purchase you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and our Delivery & Licensing Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase. By purchasing you confirm that any information you provide is accurate and that the payment instrument is your own.

3. Products

All items sold on the Site are digital downloads. Product descriptions, file formats, file sizes and license terms are listed on each product page and incorporated into these Terms by reference. Imagery shown is illustrative; the deliverable file is what governs.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your card number — only an opaque order identifier and the payment status returned by Stripe. Sales tax is collected where required by US state law and shown at checkout.

5. Intellectual property

All content (images, text, file bundles) sold on the Site is owned or licensed by us. Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the file under the license tier indicated on the product page (typically Personal use). You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or claim authorship of the file.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) attempt to bypass any access control, (b) reverse-engineer or scrape the Site, (c) use the Site to transmit unlawful content, (d) impersonate another person, or (e) use the products in any way that infringes a third party’s rights.

7. Account & security

Download links are bound to the email address you provide at checkout, expire after 14 days, and may be redeemed up to 5 times. You are responsible for keeping the link confidential. Lost or expired links can be re-issued at our discretion via support@blynkovia.store.

8. Refunds

Because the products are digital and delivered immediately, refund eligibility is limited. See the Refund Policy for the exact terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the products will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Blynkovia Lab LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the products outside the granted license.

12. Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of WY, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in WY, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version at this URL. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for at least 14 days. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
